Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg snapper/tilapia size large
- 1 lime fruit

Herbs:
- 10 chili crinkle cut
- 10 chili small
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 packet of flavoring
- 1 tbsp cooking oil

How to make:
- Wash clean the fish waste scales and entrails
- Marinate the fish with lime juice leave on 15 minutes then wash your back
- Grind coarse marinade, mix with 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Marinasi fish with marinade for 30 minutes in the refrigerator
