Description

Ingrédients:
- 200 gr. teri jengki
- 150 gr. oignon rouge, tranché
- les piments verts au goût, tranchés
- sauce chili rouge au goût, tranché
- piments rouges bouclés au goût, tranchés
- 3 feuilles de feuilles d'oranger, tranché finement
- 1 cuillère à café de pâte de crevette

Comment faire cuire:
1. Faire frire les anchois jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient croustillants, retirer et égoutter. Mettre de côté
2. Faire sauter l'oignon jusqu'à ce qu'il soit légèrement fané, puis entrer les poivrons et les tranches de feuilles de citron vert, cuire une minute
3. Ensuite, entrez la pâte de crevettes, mélangez bien
4. Ajouter les anchois, bien mélanger. Retirer du feu et servir avec du riz chaud
