We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our team. He/she will contribute in our continuous drive to bring top talents in the organization by performing various engagements and multi-faceted skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create leads via sources such as job portals, job fairs, employee referrals, network referrals, schools, e-groups, offsite recruitment, vendors and other non-traditional methods.
• Maintain trackers on each source and recommends actions plans based from trends.
• Coordinate with external/internal groups on sourcing activities, planning and execution.
• Deliver required manpower based on timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience specializing in Sourcing and Recruitment is required for this position.
• Knowledge in various sourcing channel is a must and experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in a BPO/Shared Services environment.
• Applicants must be willing to work as a Project Based Recruitment Assistant for 12 months.
• Must be amenable to work BGC and Quezon City on morning/afternoon shift schedule.
