Job Description:
• Responds to arriving calls and replies to customer’s inquiries;
• Direct and fix customer complaints;
• Recognize and inform matters to immediate supervisors;
• Record all data from calls according to the company’s standards.
Qualifications:
• Vocational, Short Course, College Undergraduate and College Graduate are Welcome;
• Must have at least 1 year work / call center experience. (This Account Requires Experience)
