Job Description:
• Taking phone calls from customers;
• Answering questions about the product or service;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction;
• Amenable to shifting schedules.
Qualifications:
• Must be a College Graduate of any course;
• Must have at least 6 months to 2 years call center experience;
• Be flexible with working hours.
