JOB DESCRIPTION
• Performs duties in line with supervision of the sourcing department;
• Oversees client accounts and fulfilling the Company’s commitment of service to them;
• Strategizes recruitment initiatives in order to meet the Company goals;
• Conducts duties that management deems necessary to further the goals of the company.
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Must have proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
• Must have technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Must have strong knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc).
• Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Must have a degree in BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
• With strong leadership acumen.
• Must have strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Have a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
• Must be willing to work in Makati and Quezon City
