Site/Project Engineer in Makati Site - Up to 30K Salary ghsjnm

Job Description:
• Encourage compliance of tenants to property management-related rules and regulations of the company
• Maintain and improve the aesthetic of company’s condominium properties
• Responsible for supervising, assisting, and improving property operations
• Quality checks the property administrative, accounting, and maintenance areas to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Inspects the properties to ensure the highest standards are maintained
• Evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping operations

Qualifications:
• Civil Engineering Graduate, professional license in Civil Engineering is an advantage
• Must have working experience in property management or realty
• Strong operations management skills
• Must have a keen eye to detail and a keen eye for design and what looks good
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
