Job Description:
• Responds to customers over the phone;
• Process customers’ requests and validates their account;
• Provide excellent display of customer service.

Qualifications:
• Short Course/Vocational Graduate or College Undergraduate are welcome to apply;
• No call center experience needed;
• Knowledgeable with basic functions of computers;
• Average to Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
