Leasing Manager in Makati - with at least 2 Years Work Exp ghsjnm

Job Description:
• To market properties including negotiation with prospective Lessees;
• To prepare lease contracts and other related documents;
• To record all data, leasing activities and prepare reports/updates;
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification:
• At least Bachelor's/College Degree holder (any field);
• Candidate must have an experience in leasing activities with expertise in Marketing Recruitment of Lessees for the company;
• Proficient in communication skills (verbal and written);
• Above average interpersonal and customer relation skills;
• Pro-active and result driven;
• Well-organized and result-driven;
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Capable of managing a team and provide direction to improve leasing activities;
• Must be able to start immediately.
