Job Description:
This position is responsible for handling inbound calls, e-mails and/or chat with the goal of ensuring resolution of customer issues. The candidate is expected to be an effective communicator in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Also, candidate must exhibit the following:

• Answers questions about the products or services;
• Provide the best solution based on the details provided by the customers;
• Guides the customer through the problem-solving process;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements/Qualifications:
• At least Highschool Graduate, Shortcourse/Vocational, College Graduates/Undergraduates;
• Open to Non-Native Speakers;
• Must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (both oral and written);
• Must have strong level of English communication skills;
• Has basic web and computer navigation skills including but not limited to Excel, Outlook and Word;
• Must be able to type at least 35-45 wpm with an accuracy rate of 95%;
• Resourceful and quick to adapt to changes;
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and holidays;
• Willing to be assigned in any/different locations;
• Must be willing to start immediately;
