JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide a clear understanding of the call center agent’s role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center;
• Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations;
• Collaborate with others to ensure the customers’ issues are resolved and;
• Assist and provide solutions for the customers’ questions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School graduates are welcome to apply;
• Must be able to type at least 30 wpm with 95% accuracy rate;
• Knows how to comprehend the Basic English language;
- Must have at least a minimun of 1 year travel working experience;
- Must have at least 6 months of call center experience, preferably in a travel account;
- Strong logic and problem-solving skills;
- Organization and Work prioritization skills;
- Customer service oriented;
- Must have the ability and knowledge to use Windows Operating Systems;
• Higher basic salary can be obtained for those with at least a year of call center experience;
• Must be willing to work in Metro Manila (Makati, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon City, Parañaque, Antipolo) and Cavite;
• Willing to start immediately;
