Job Description:
- Answers questions about the products or services;
- Provide the best solution based on the details provided by the customers;
- Guides the customer through the problem-solving process;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be of legal age (18 years old and above);
- Must be College Graduate of BS Nursing;
- Must have an Active Mainland PH License;
- Must have at least 2 years of solid post education clinical experience;
- Must have good to excellent communication skills;
- Must be willing to work in Alabang;
- Must have basic technical skills in terms of computer and web navigation;
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and even holidays;
- Can start ASAP.
