Job Description:
This position is responsible for handling inbound calls, e-mails and/or chat with the goal of ensuring resolution of customer issues. The candidate is expected to be an effective communicator in both Thai and English. Also, candidate must exhibit the following:

• Able to talk to customers directly via phone call.
• Gratefully answers questions from customers about the products and/or services.
• Ensuring customer's satisfaction and positive reaction.
• Provide the best solution based on the details provided by the customers;
• Guides the customer through the problem-solving process.

Requirements/Qualifications:
• At least Highschool Graduate, Shortcourse/Vocational, College Graduates/Undergraduates;
• Open to Native/Non-Native Speakers;
• Must be fluent in Thai (both oral and written);
• Must have strong level of English communication skills;
• Has basic web and computer navigation skills including but not limited to Excel, Outlook and Word;
• Must be able to type at least 30 wpm with an accuracy rate of 95%;
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and holidays;
• Willing to be assigned in any/different locations;
• Must be willing to start immediately;
