Job Description:
- Responsible for providing the first line of telephone, chat, e-mail, self-service/web portal help desk support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications and infrastracture for users.
-Answers simple to complex questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of assigned products.
- Applied basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
- Escalates complex problems to higher level within organization.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be of legal age (18 years old and above);
- Must be a College Undergraduate, Vocational Course Graduate or a Bachelor's Degree Holder of any field;
- Must be willing to start immediately;
- Must be fluent with both English and the Spanish language;
- Must know how to read and write Spanish
- Can converse using the English language;
- Must have knowledge on Windows, MAC, ITSM, Network, Application and Infrastracture;
- Open to Native/Non-Native speakers;
- Must be willing to work in any locations within Metro Manila especially in Alabang/Taguig;
- Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
