Job Description:
This position is responsible for handling inbound calls, e-mails and/or chat with the goal of ensuring resolution of customer issues. The candidate is expected to be an effective communicator in both French and English. Also, candidate must exhibit the following:
• Answers questions about the products or services in the required language(s) (English and French);
• Communicate confidently with clients and internal users using telephone, email and software tools;
• First line ticket handline (Incidents & Requests) including triage and troubleshooting, resolution where possible and assignment where required to 2nd/3rd line support temas and third parties;
• Provide the best solution based on the details provided by the customers;
• Guides the customer through the problem-solving process;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction;
• Translate French to English and English to French (verbally and in writing);
• Updating operational and technical documentation together with product user guides as required.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• At least Vocational, College Graduates/Undergraduates;
• Must be a Filipino Citizen.
• Must be fluent in Thai and English Language (both oral and written);
• Must have strong level of English communication skills;
• Must have good understanding of the IT infrastracture;
• Willing to work in shifting schedules;
• Willing to work within Taguig Area;
• Must willing to work immediately or ASAP.
