JOB DESCRIPTION
• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
• Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
• Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team
• Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
• Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target market

JOB QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any related discipline
2+ years’ experience in any marketing role
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Able to help develop and execute a marketing strategy
Must have a pleasing personality and can communicate clearly with clients
• Strong communication skills – written and oral
• Must be creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
• Confident with a dynamic personality
• Must be Technology Savvy
• Must knowledgeable on how to use Adobe Photoshop, Corel Paint Shop Pro and other applications
• Have a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
• Must have strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Must be willing to travel or temporarily deployed in Cebu, Davao, Cagayan De Oro, Alabang, Pasay, Cavite, Antipolo, etc.
