UI/UX Designer HOMEBASED

6am-3pm Work Schedule; Monday- Friday
MUST have stable internet connection at home

MUST HAVE:
-We need at least 2years experience in doing User Design/User Experience work.
-An online portfolio or work samples demonstrating experience of creating user-centered design solutions (workflows, prototypes, wireframes)
-Proficient in design software (examples may include Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Balsamiq)
-Knowledge of user interface design patterns and UCD methodologies
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to actively and effectively collaborate with stakeholders such as development, marketing, and product teams.
-Familiarity with Agile development environment
-Front end development skills are not required - although it is definitely a strong benefit if you do possess them.

Responsibilities:
-Working with a software architect or product owner to understand the requirements of new features or software upgrades
-Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
-Understanding the end user, and designing interfaces that are both aesthetically beautiful, but also as simple and intuitive as possible to use
-Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
-Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how software will function and look
-Briefing developers and overseeing implementation of designs on planned features
-Review, test and provide feedback to developers on the implementation of your interface designs
-Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices
