We are seeking an experienced Designer to help in design and product evolution of our platform. The role involves helping our CEO drive the product vision, leading the design process if needed, and ensuring that we deliver a seamless and innovative user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Job Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of solid experience in UI/UX
· Experience in Product Design for tech/software companies or other relevant industries
· Design Portfolio showcasing strong original product design skills
· Strong communication skills to collaborate with the CEO
· Aligned values with company vision and operating principles
· Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Design/Engineering related
· With stable high-speed internet connection
· Own reliable laptop/computer capable of running multiple applications at the same time

Initial Projects:
· Home Page Redesign
· User Dashboard Redesign
· Enhanced UI/UX of the rest of web pages
· Mobile Apps pioneer designs

Terms & Conditions
· Payment: starting offer up to 50k per month depending on experience and qualifications; salary raise up to 60k on fourth month based on work output and performance evaluation
· Work Hours: 10AM-7PM weekdays Manila Time
· Contract length & type: one (1) year renewable overseas contract, independent contractor, with 3 months trial period.
