Job Qualifications:

Must have an experience working on Linux Systems (RHEL, Centos, UBUNTU, etc.)
Windows Operating System (XP, Windows 7 and above)
Windows Servers (2003, 2008, 2012 and above)
Experience in using monitoring tools such as New Relic and Cloudwatch.
With knowledge in Cloud services such as Rackspace and Amazon Web Services.
Working with DNS, File servers and Exchange servers.
Web Hosting (Cpanel, Plesk, Directadmin)
SQL Server (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Apache, Oracle, SQL Server)
LAMP Setup.
Familiar with Wordpress & Magento
Ability to work under pressure, can work and collaborate with other staff and peers to accomplish goals and objectives.
Understands backup technologies and disaster recovery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Open to work Night shift schedules, on-call or Holiday and weekend work
Experience in "virtual support" on conference calls.
Can express self fluently in English
Understand and value the processes that cross IT services such as capacity planning, change management, and problem resolution.
Ability to deliver proper solutions on complex and company-wide IT problems.
