Operations Manager in Makati 40k to 50k

For a healthcare / medical center
Start date: ASAP
Required Years:3-5 years, Operation Manager Experience
Working Schedule : Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities :
-Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
-Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
-Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
-Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
-Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
-Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
-Formulate strategic and operational objectives
-Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
-Manage budgets and forecasts
-Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
-Recruit, train and supervise staff
-Find ways to increase quality of customer service
-Support worker communication with the management team.
-Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
-Ensures that Company's values are embedded
-Directly reports to Chief Executive Officer, matrix to Chief Operating Officer

Job Qualifications
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in any field
-Must have at least 3 to 5 working experience in a Managerial or Supervisory Level.
-Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
-Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role
-Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
-Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow management.
-Excellent communication skills.
