Operations Manager for Healthcare Insurance in Clark Pampanga 100k to 130k Negotiable
WE NEED someone who’s directly assisting insurance / medical related accounts
MUST HAVE Healthcare Insurance and Clinical BPO Background
(1 HC)
Salary Range: 100-130k Gross Package
Working Schedule: Sun-Thurs; Mid Shift (normally between 12nn onwards) but we need someone flexible
-Applicants must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
-Must have relevant background in Healthcare Insurance and Clinical BPO
-Minimum of 5 years Contact Centre experience with in depth supervisory background
-Must be very articulate with an assertive personality
-Must be experienced in handling difficult clients and high-pressure medical account in terms of KPI performance
