JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal Candidate MUST have the following:
-3+ years of experience with Asterisk, Freepbx, FreeSwitch
-knowledgeable in Linux/Unix OS
-knowledge of Grandstream & IP phones & provisioning such as Polycom, Cisco, Yealink
-Experience with AWS and GCP platform is preferred for managing VPS
-Above Average communication skill
-technical knowledge about networking, VoIP, how it works, capabilities, limitations, call quality testing
-outside the box thinking and ability to resolve problems in a timely manner
-must be organized and ability to document how-to and common troubleshooting steps
-Telecommunication & Internet Support experience
-Experience with Soft switches / pbx
-must be a self-starter, outside the box thinker
-be able to work under pressure, keep organized and look for solutions
-answer support/general calls from end users and resolve their issue
-provision new phone systems, phones, port numbers
-manage remote installation of internet & voip service with on-site techs
-install/maintain/upgrade software for IP cameras

Tools that must have experience in;
-Asterisk/Freepbx/Kamailio/FreeSwitch (VoIP soft switch)
-Wireshark for VoIP troubleshooting
-Basic software such as Logmein, Office, VPN, FTP, SSH
-IP phone configuration & setup
-CentOS and general Linux operation

JOB SHIFT
? Monday to Friday (Nightshift – US Time)
? Saturday and Sunday - Restday
