These spiritual weapons are also to be used to cast down arguments from your mind and bring down everything else that exalts itself against the knowledge of God so that you can bring every thought in your mind to be in obedience with what Christ expects of you.

From Ephesians 6:10-18, we learn that truth, righteousness, the Gospel of peace, faith, salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God are the spiritual weapons which make up our spiritual armor.

Therefore, wield your mighty spiritual weapons over your "unusual stressful situation" every day by getting saved, being truthful, living right, having faith that God will help you, reading your Bible and speaking the Word of God over your "unusual" stressful situation and you will win your spiritual battle and manage your physical stress effectively.
