Responsibilities:

-Lead a group of developers
-Manage life cycle of a project, from design to deployment.
-Participate in project architecture design, and review actual design.
-Understanding functional requirements.
-Implementing new application features.
-Bug fixing.
-Creating scripts for cron jobs used in offline processing.
-Maintenance of an application and making sure that it is ready for scaling.
-Evaluate team members.
-Perform Code Reviews.
-Work with agile coach to guide the team through different agile ceremonies.

Requirements:

-Strong PHP development background. 8+ years with an MVC framework and knowledge of OOP.
-At least 2 year experience in leading a group of developers, QAs and/or software architects
-Strong all around MySQL skills – both with writing T-Sql and using the MySQL CLI particularly for processing data files.
-Experience managing database and application with 1,000+ users
-Deep knowledge and experience of agile practices
-JQuery
-HTML 5/CSS 3
-Bootstrap
-REST API Development
-Git
-Experience developing and managing a telemarketing application is a big plus
