Business Analyst - Data Migration for UAE

VAM Systems is currently looking for Business Analyst - Data Migration for ourUAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Skillsets required:

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Business /IT or relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in a telecommunication in a BA capacity, migration experience is preferred.
• Experience on BSS/OSS implementation projects
• Axon dashboards will be an added skill
• Oracle SQL skills- Should be able to query data, joins, create tables etc.,
• Excel skills- should be able to create Pivot tables and read them, inserting visualizations/graphs etc.,
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong analytical skills
• Familiar and comfortable using Jira/Confluence -Enablers and Features creation and reviewing and assigning dependencies or actionable comments

Responsibilities

• Validating data rules as per Regulatory and Target systems
• Using informatica tools to create reports and dashboards and running tests on data to ensure validations and business rules are captured and implemented successfully
• Participating in mapping and review activities with partner and cross functional teams and assisting in managing the rules library and entity level data objects for migration
• Work with stakeholders to get approvals on data mapped between source and Target with the help other team members
• Exploring and researching validation rules and using the Informatica Applications to test and validate
• Be part of the Profiling activities per entity in the run up to testing of all data
• Creating reports and dashboards using Informatica Axon for presenting profiling and idq validation
• Partnering with developers and to ensure alignment between C&M vendor, BAU teams, cross-stream stakeholders during Data Cleansing and Migration activities from legacy to Staging Database and the target environments for all segments.
