WE ARE LOOKING FOR REAL ESTATE SALES AGENT

IT'S Property Masters Management, a realty firm, is looking for business-minded individuals who are willing to be part of this real estate business. There is no monthly salary but commission is very rewarding when you closed the deal. YOU CAN EARN STARTING P25,000 FOR A 1-MILLION PROPERTY.

Qualifications:
- 2nd-year college level and above
- any college degree
- no sales experience is required

Responsibilities:
- Selling/marketing our featured properties available for sale in Cebu
- Helping your potential clients finding their preference property and location
- Negotiating your potential clients with their inquiries and concerns
- Having a site visit of their chosen property with your clients
- Closing the deal

Note:
- Average days of application processing: 1 to 5 days
- No sales quota weekly/monthly/quarterly
