Description:
-Responds to customer emails or chat with minimal voice component
-Manage and resolve customer feedbacks regarding technical support issues
-Actively uses the outlook mobile app to keep track of real-time updates
-Ensures customer satisfaction and records necessary data to use for future reference
Qualifications:
- With 1 year of database management / financial banking experience (BPO/NON-BPO)
-Graduate/Undergraduate of any course, preferably in I.T.
-At least 1 year or more of technical support experience
-Required to have in depth experience in providing technical support
-Average to good English communication skills
-Can type 50 wpm
-Knowledgeable on operating system of phones and devices (at least basic knowledge/fundamentals)
