Responsibilities:
• Drive and manage reporting and planning cycles for Productivity and Recoveries
• Supervise the scope and responsibilities of the assigned Analysts for processes in scope, with focus on monthly financial review plus planning/forecasting
• Support monthly financial review and analysis with leadership teams and provide insights on variances against annual plans and forecasts, highlighting areas of risk and opportunity and action recommendation
• Help resolve issues and follow ups from financial management reviews and coordinate any adjustments and anomalies noted in the results
• Manage other project related ad-hoc queries as appropriate
• Provide ad-hoc and exception financial analysis to complement monthly financial reports
• Provide highlights on key plan assumptions, variances, risks and upsides versus forecast, targets and trends to Business Operations Lead
• Provide input and feedback to Finance Manager on skills assessment and review for training and development plans of the team
• Provide guidance, mentoring and career counseling to analysts

Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualifications, Accounting Major required
• At least 2 to 3 years relevant finance experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP (good to have)
• SAP Financials and PC skills
• Critical Thinking and Analytical skills
• Budgeting and forecasting skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Organizational skills
