2. Training Designing - the planning and preparation that goes into creating the experience.
3. Framing - how the activity is introduced to the group.
4. Training Delivery - what the trainer-facilitator does during the activity to ensure its success.
5. Trainer’s Debriefing - the learning conversation that happens after the activity.
