Recruitment Specialist in Davao del Sur upto 25k
BPO experience or have worked in a recruitment agency would be a plus
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be directly reporting to the Head of HR and your
responsibilities would include:
-Handling whole recruitment and assessment process to produce qualified human
resources
-Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications,
availability and compensation requirements
-Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers
-Networking with potential hires through professional groups on social media and
other tools
-Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
-Closely coordinate with HR to complete the hiring and onboarding process and
referral programs
-Create effective networking strategies, enhance digital presence, and strengthen
linkages with universities and other organizations
-Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events to generate more
applications
In order to be successful in your application for this role, you will need:
-A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
-Minimum 3 years working experience in the recruitment field and through Job fairs
-Excellent organization and communication skills (written and verbal)
-Good persuasion skills and time management skills
-Strongly self motivated with a strong work ethic and unfailing commitment to achieve
the required outcomes
-Can work well under pressure, meet deadlines and willing to work extra hours
-Prepared to commit to the role for the long term (3 years+ minimum)
