Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any Computer related courses.
-Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of working experience in encoding and analyzing.
-Computer Literate.
-Fast Typing Skills.
-Data Entry Skills.
-Attention to Detail.
-Confidentiality and Thoroughness.
-Analyzing Information, Results Driven, Energy Level.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Creating/ preparing of Documents for;
-Issuance to Production - checking of warehouse equisition form (WRF) with signature of approver.
-Warehouse Transfer Slip (WTS) - checking of materials requisition form with signature of approver.
-Return from Production - checking of return slip with signature of the approver (RS).
-Return to Supplier - checking return slip and with signature of the approver.
-Warehouse Receiving Report (WRR) - checking Delivery Receipt with signature of the approver.
-Pull out from Production - checking pullout slip prepared by warehouseman.
-Material Requisition Form (MRF) - coordinates with RM warehouse custodian.
-Encodes of Advance Manpower Schedule.
-Monitors incoming approved purchase requisition.
-Conduct month-end inventory.
-Performed assigned task from time to time.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
