Required to have ISO certification experience

Education/Certification
-Bachelor’s degree in any Business course or equivalent in related field
-MBA preferred

Experience
-Minimum 5+ years in quality management, process improvement and audit/internal controls
-Proven strong background in preparing and presenting quality management reports
-Ability to lead teams and projects
-Proficiency in computer software specifically using Excel, Word and Power Point and knowledge of statistics/quality management systems

Competencies
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively influence various audiences
-Proficiency in planning, attentiveness to details and organizational skills with strong emphasis on audit and internal controls
-Possess effective interpersonal skills
-Ability in problem solving, and continuous improvement skills with the ability to drive and measure results
-Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and communicate status updates
-Positive and self-confident; team player and proactive, driven to improve staff and provide opportunities for growth
