-ITIL/PMP Certification
-Must have project management experience
-Must have technical background in software development and web technologies
-Must have team working skills and ability to motivate people
-Must have management and leadership skills
-Must have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
-Must have strong experience in Project Management and Solutions Delivery
-Must have strong experience in leading projects by identifying and managing scope, cost, timeline, resource allocation, risks and issues that may arise from requirements gathering to completion (end to end)
-Must have experience in handling high level stakeholders
-Must have demonstrated mastery of Agile delivery methods and techniques
-Must have strong interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills
-Must have proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
