Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position in Food Packaging Manufacturing
- Knowledgeable in planning, organizing, directing and control of production activities to improve the performance.
- Possesses Analytical Thinking Skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including reports and presentation.
- With experience in ISO Standards company is a plus factor.
- Can handle and supervise 400-500 employees.
- Can work under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Conducts daily performance review meeting to show Actual attainment vs Standards.
2. Conducts daily machine running compliance monitoring vs plan schedule.
3. Conducts weekly performance review meeting with the Production Foreman.
4. Prepares weekly management report and submit to the Plant Manager.
5. Collaborates with other section heads related to Departmental concerns.
6. Monitoring of effective Implementation of System Compliance.
7. Monitoring and control of production related downtime.
8. Manage and control processes effective implementation in the production floor.
9. Performance evaluation of foreman and production encoders.
10. Monitoring and updates of standard cycle time compliance and provide action plan on how to hit the targets.
