-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-With at least 2-3 years progressive experience in all facets of Production with direct product responsibility
-Adept in handling people
-Familiar in ISO documentation & implementation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Responsible to monitor assigned section to produce right quantity of quality finished products on schedule time.
-Supervise and monitors Activities in production area.
-Assigns and allocates Machine operators to operation based on required manpower and machine loading
-Inspect operation workmanship if they conform with the requirements
-Ensure Availability of materials and supplies of each work shift during operations.
-Coordinates with QA department in conducting testing and sampling
-Coordinates with maintenance to ensure machines are in good working condition.
-Maintain good house-keeping in the area of responsibility.
-Rates department personnel in Performance evaluation.
-Discusses Job Description to newly hired subordinates.
-In Charge for cost reduction program
