Mandatory Qualification

-Finished at least one semester in college- with 6 mos call center experience handling OUTBOUND SALES OR
-HS Graduates - with at least 1 year call center experience handling OUTBOUND SALES.
-Strong sales and negotiation skills
-Strong research skills with impeccable attention to detail & ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
-Ability to communicate clearly, probe for additional contacts beyond contact provided
-Ability to probe for business need/pain point and also provide primary and secondary solution on a single call
-Ability to Qualify leads by probing for Timelines for purchase, by speaking with a DM or an influencer
-Excellent business to business comprehension and English communication skills

Salary Budget Range

24K Basic
2,200 NT Allowance
2K Performance Allowance
10%Night differential
