This is for a leading real estate platform

-Dayshift (9am-6pm)
-Must have 3 years Managerial in BPO
-Must have extensive Sales experience
-Must have extensive coaching/mentoring experience

Responsibilities:

-Managing, coaching and motivating a team
-Setting goals for performance and deadlines
-Conducting data-driven feedback sessions with team members
-Closing difficult clients that their one downs cannot close
-Conducting needed training for his/her team to improve
-Strictly implementing and enforcing processes and procedures, as well as proper use of tools
-Increasing revenues and # of clients of the company
-Issuing corrective verbal or written action based on performance
-With the help of Company’s tool and processes which are unique in the industry, you will become a superstar in signing new broker clients.
