Qualifications & Requirements:
• Senior high school/College student; must be enrolled in an accredited school/university/college program;
• Candidate must be knowledgeable in using computer and Microsoft programs including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint;
• Eager and energetic to learn the operation process;
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision;
• Must be willing to work in Makati/Quezon City

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform admin/front-desk duties: Welcoming applicants with a smile, a friendly and professional demeanor while assisting applicants; Oversee mail deliveries, packages and couriers;
• Post job advertisements in different job portals;
• Invites and schedules candidates for interview via SMS, phone call or e-mail;
• Utilizes applicant tracking systems to maintain candidate information and accurate data;
• Undertakes task that may be assigned time to time.
