Linx Provi 8’s OT provides a service that will promote & develop capabilities of individuals who possess mental, physical, social and/or emotional disabilities. This program is offered to people of all ages who want to improve their performance in their daily living and working environments. Linx Provi 8 highlights and supports health by catering to each one’s capabilities, as well as their disabilities!

Target Participants:
● Clients with Disabilities (Children with disabilities/Adults with disabilities/Physical disabilities)
● Work related therapy - treats individuals whose ability to function in a work environment has been impaired.
● Learning disabilities – individual’s ability to learn & so result in impaired functioning in language, reasoning or academic skills.
● ADHD and ADD – Attention deficit/Hyperactivity disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder
● Emotional & Behavioral Disorder – Difficulty to learn that cannot be explained by intellectual, sensory or health factor.
● Sensory processing Disorder – a condition in which brain has trouble receiving and responding to information that comes through senses
● Person with oral sensitivity – a typical response to oral stimulation. Includes hypoactive responses, or sensory defensiveness
● Proprioceptive disorder - the sense of proprioception differs from the other senses by involving more internal sensory perception by which we receive pain
● Behavioral problems – school learning problem, unsatisfactory interpersonal relationships, inappropriate behavior & feeling
● Picky eaters – a person that is adverse to a wide of foods, often display an unwillingness to try new food.
