OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATE OR WITHOUT RELATED EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:
-End to End Recruitment
-Maintains and updates employee database and trackers in excel
-Handle HR-related transactions and concerns for all (expat) employees
-Collects and organized employee 201 file including pre-employment requirements, memos and letters for all (expat) employees
-Preparation, issuance and discussion of acceptance letter/ job offer, exit interview and clearance for all leavers for all (expat) employees
-Other HR related projects and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-Experience in recruitment is a BIG plus.
-Strong work organization and administration skills.
-Proactive, enthusiasm and adaptive person.
-Good command in English is a plus.
