Music Lounge Receptionist

Greet and attend to customers as they arrive;
Responsible for entrance fee collection;
Answer phone calls and reply to emails;
Keep records of guests and remember their names;
Deal, listen and act on customer complaints;

College graduate with at least 2 years experience as hotel, resort or restobar receptionist.
Must be a good conversationalist, approachable, respectful, respectable and patient;
Can speak Tagalog & other Philippine dialects;
Must be fluent in English and can chat/reply to emails in English well.
Female applicants only, with pleasing personality, at least 5'2" in height
