Job Overview
A Sales Admin Associate provide support to the management team within Sales and Accounts
Department. He/She is responsible for performing clerical duties like completing expense reports or
sales proposals and carrying out administrative tasks such coordinating meetings and office
communication.
Duties and responsibilities
-Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates
-Develop Monthly Sales Report with backend experience
-Input customer and account data in CRM software
-Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement
-Communicate important feedback from customers internally
-Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
-Stay up-to-date with new products and features
-Market research
Qualifications
-BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
-Required language(s): English and Mandarin both written and oral
-Must be detail oriented
-Experience with MS Office and data programs
-Understanding of sales performance metrics
-Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
-Ability to work under strict deadlines
