Mandarin Operations Analyst is responsible to ensure that markets are created and settled with
minimal errors, system settings are correct and resolve customer support tickets.

Duties and responsibilities
-Monitor live markets
-Review basic risk settings and data of games per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
-Interact with vendor and customers
-Analyze results for suspicious transactions
-Report daily performance and analyzes
-Diagnose game issues
-Provide customer information in response to queries, concerns and requests about online games and transactions
-Escalate and follow up issues with vendor
-Endorse any issues to the next shift

Qualifications
-Required to work in Manila, Philippines
-Bachelor’s Degree in any field
-Required Language(s): English and Chinese (Mandarin) both written and oral
-Must be adept in Math
-Proficiency in MS Office Applications
-Ability to engage in multiple assignments concurrently and complete them error free
-Be safety cautious must be physically fit and active
-Fast learner and eager to learn
