Job description:
-Plan, administrative, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies
-Oversee renovation projects to improve efficiency or ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
-Monitor facilities or operational systems
-Oversees and maintain all company assets, furniture and equipment
-Prepare operational progress or status reports.
-Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment
-Manage construction activities
-Manage inventories of supplies or organizational resource
-Analyze internal process and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes or disposal of records
-Handles supplier sourcing
-Implement car parking management system
-Responsible in house keeping supervision
-Coordination with pldt and other telco
-Result-oriented, flexible able to multi-task, works efficiently, with great attention to details, and can work under pressure.
Qualifications:
-Graduate of any 4 year course
-With 1 to 2 years proven experience as admin manager
-Ability to work in a team
-With excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to remain calm under pressure
-Must be fluent oral and written in Mandarin
