Leasing Assistant Manager with Exp Preferred for Property Group GHSBCP

Description:
-Work with property owners to find good tenants for their buildings
-Work with property owners and help them navigate the complex nature of the property market
-Find people and businesses and determine their needs and wants for the property, as well as their economic viability
-Handle the signing of leases, and act as a landlord for property owners
-Makes use of websites and flyers to describe properties, work with photographers to take pictures of the property, or may take the pictures themselves
-Knowledgeable of the property market and can answer questions and concerns about things like school districts, zoning, expansion and others

Qualifications:
-At least high school graduate
-Must be able to work with clients and customers face-to-face on a daily basis
-Manage their own time and schedules, making sure they are hustling to get the word out about properties and find the information their clients need
-Good at convincing clients to buy and sell properties at the right price, and use persuasion to close deals
