Job Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX for website apps
· Video editing experience a huge plus
· Experience in designing AI apps an advantage
· Experience in Product Development cycle (potential skills in in balancing user needs with business goals)
· Design Portfolio showcasing design skills
· Strong English communication skills to collaborate with the CEO
· Aligned values with company vision and operating principles
· With stable high-speed internet connection and own reliable laptop/computer

Job Terms & Conditions
· Starting payment up to 40k per month depending on experience and qualifications; salary raise up to 50k on fourth month based on work output and performance evaluation
· Work Hours 10AM-7PM weekdays Manila Time ; one (1) year renewable overseas contract, independent contractor (staff pays for their own taxes and govt contributions), with 3 months trial period
