JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
-CPA is not required but is an advantage
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting
-Must have basic knowledge in accounting software (ERPs)
-Proficient in using MS Applications and Email platforms
-Well versed in accounting standards (GAAP)
-Highly detail oriented and organized in work
-Team player
-Must be proactive and willing to extend longer working hours as needed
-Willing to travel and/or be assigned at client’s office location
-Strong email/business correspondence
-Must be able to communicate with all levels in the organization
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
-Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
