OR ANY RELATED COURSE

EXPERIENCE:
BASIC ACCOUNTING KNOWLEDGE, SECRETARIAL / ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FUNCTION
AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE



JOB SUMMARY:

1. Validates, prepares and monitors the Billings and Check Payment Requests for HR service partners/associates.
2. Assists in monitoring of compliance of associates and service partners, e.g., annual COC and COI Certification, renewal of service agreement
3. Coordinates with the company messenger on the check deposits and/or check pick-ups to/from HR service partners and to the associates (e.g., cash advances, loans)
4. Assists in Preparation and submission of the associates' benefit claims and loan applications. Answers inquiries on the status of the associates. Validates and prepares the SSS and Pag-ibigg loan deduction and deactivation report monthly.
5. Prepares and submits the enrollment and termination report to SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth.
6. Handles the 201 filing.
