HR Assistant - Pasig
-Compensation and Benefits Assistant is accountable in processing all relevant documents for the computation of employees's compensation and ensures that the welfare of each employees are given as mandated and according to the Philippine Labor Law.
-Responsible in preparing, processing and filling all regular remittance reports to the appropriate government agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management/Business Course or equivalent.
-Must have at least 2 years experience in administering Compensation and Benefits and at least a year of experience in Employee Relations
-Must have at least basic knowledge in Timekeeping. Government policies and Labor Law
-Must have good oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills
-Must have good problem solving skills
-Must be keen with details and highly organized
