Home-based HR PERSONNEL (To Work With our Int'l Team)

TxtmeQuick is in need of a HOMEBASED HR Personnel. We are looking for a passionate individual to handle the task.

Responsibilities:
**Posting ads and promotion of current job openings
**Contacting candidates in Egypt - screening, interviewing, and evaluating their qualifications.
**Accurate data entry and analysis to our database
**You are also expected to perform administrative tasks for creating reports and debugging the HR processes that aren’t working.

Requirements:
--Computer and internet savvy is a MUST
--Excellent work ethic, dedicated, committed and smart
--Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral
--Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Docs
--Willing to learn/work in a fast-paced environment
--Must be willing to work in the graveyard shift (8PM - 5AM Philippine time)
--Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer (and backup)
--Must be residing in the Philippines. We are not accepting foreign applicants
--Must be willing to commit full time. We don’t accept part-timers and/or freelancers

SALARY:
**Starting is $2 USD per hour (Usually for probation/training period). If you are able to quickly learn and grow, then the base salary will increase in proportion to your learning and growth.
